As this summer is approaching, I look forward to the training that may be one out side. I like to go to the track and do sprints on the track. I hate doing cardio in the gym where is just a very repetitive exercise that gets old fast. I love to go out side and go do some sprints on the track. I usually sprint the long ends and jog the sides. I also love to do bleacher runs as they challenger your core to stabilize yourself in every movement that you do. I also love to swim. I like to go out to a pool enjoy the summer. I also like to take about 30 minutes and swim laps. Swimming, is one of the hardest things that I have done. It challenges every muscle in your body.
I am currently bulking. I am sitting around 206 lbs. This is the heaviest I have ever been. My strength is through the roof, and my workouts feel terrific. I have been focusing on compound movements, almost like a power lifter and getting my strength through the roof. I will be dieting around July to get ready for the Washington Ironman NPC natural show. I look forward to every minute of it.
Definitely check back and watch my progress. I am currently on thrust, opus, Quattro, big c, G, and DNA. All of my strength has increased almost double the amount that I do when I diet down.
