Adapted from Clean Eating Magazine:
4 Portobello Mushrooms (scoop a bit of the middle out - but don't discard)
1 Package of Ground Turkey
Half of a Red Pepper
2 Big Handfuls of Spinach
Set Oven to 375 F
Cook Turkey in a Wok or Frying Pan (discard fat)
Add in the scooped out mushrooms
Cut up Red Pepper and add with spinach to wok. Cook for approx 10 mins.
Spoon Meat/Veggie Mixture into Mushroom Caps
Sprinkle Nutritional Yeast on top
Cook for 10 mins
