Who We’re Looking For
- Someone who lives and breathes health and fitness, loves working in a team environment but can also be trusted to work autonomously and deliver results.  
- Stellar sales person who thrives in a social networking, cold calling and sales environment
- Strong business acumen and carries themselves with a high degree of professionalism
- Out-going, personable and exciting personality who thrives in both a sales and marketing environment
- Previous experience managing several accounts and being able to manage priorities accordingly
- Social media experience with regards to managing several social media outlets for a brand
- Previous experience in the health and fitness industry is an asset
What the Job Entails 
- Through the power of social media, cold calls and other digital mediums, prospect and research potential clients within allocated territory
- Contact, qualify and secure new accounts that fit with Magnum’s core values and partnership terms 
- On-board new clients effectively where they receive proper support from day one: initial staff trainings, social media support, free swag
- Work with existing clients to grow their business through various mediums: staff trainings, special promotional buy in deals, organize demos at their store/events, social media graphics, properly leverage samples and swag
- Engage, interact and promote the Magnum brand through various social media outlets – LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram
- Continually explore, report on and then capitalize any potential business opportunity whether marketing or sales based that can increase brand awareness, market share and sales
